Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently only ship within the United States.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at info@celmera.shop within 5 days of the marked delivery date. We’ll assist with a resolution and file a claim with the carrier if needed.
