Return And Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Celmera. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns under the following terms:
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags attached.
- The return must include the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final Sale items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
- Worn or damaged items
How to Initiate a Return
Please email us at info@celmera.shop with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive detailed return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- You will be notified via email once the refund is processed.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, first check your bank account, then contact your card provider. If the issue persists, feel free to contact us.
